Ogunquit’s Christmas by the Sea and Kennebunkport’s Christmas Prelude

Ogunquit’s Christmas by the Sea and Kennebunkport’s Christmas Prelude

Here at the Hartwell House Inn, we’re beginning to take down the autumnal decorations and planning to deck the halls for Christmas joy – and it just so happens that Travel and Leisure Magazine listed Ogunquit Number 3 in their  showcase of America’s Best Towns for the Holidays this year!

To celebrate – the Hartwell House Inn of Ogunquit is offering 20% off of our room rates for any stays booked for the dates between December 3rd and December 13. Reservations must be made by phone and mention this blog post – call now 207-646-7210.

And did we mention that we happen to have just a couple rooms left for our exclusive New Years Eve Dinner Getaway Package – Click here for details and book before they’re gone!

Have a look at a quick video showing some of our Christmas decorations last year at the Hartwell House Inn.

There’s nothing like planning a festive Ogunquit getaway for the holiday season. Colorful lights and wreaths on the local homes and businesses. Searching for one of a kind gifts for loved ones at the boutique shops. Tree lightings.  Bonfires. Wandering minstrels…

The romantic Hartwell House Inn of Ogunquit is a bed and breakfast that’s centrally located between Christmas destinations of all shapes, sizes and flavors!

The Annual Christmas By The Sea Celebration in Ogunquit (12/11-12/13 – scroll down to see the schedule of events) is an incredible and memorable way to embrace the holiday spirit — and the Hartwell House Inn B&B is the perfect centrally-located home base from which you can enjoy all of the festive events!

Just north of us, nearby Kennebunkport hosts their much lauded Christmas Prelude (12/2-12/13) – and while rooms can be tough to come by in Kennebunkport during the events – The Hartwell House Inn of Ogunquit is a short and scenic ride away. Enjoy the action of Christmas Prelude with ease – and then return to our Beautiful Place by the Sea for a peaceful evening.

Stunning holiday savings by big name brand designers and retailers can be yours with a quick ride south to the Kittery Maine Outlet Shops. And while you’re there, drive just across the bridge to Portsmouth, New Hampshire – often referred to as the Christmas Capital of America.
