The dedicated conference center, located across the street from the inn in Ogunquit, is a beautifully appointed professional conference and function center. The executive board room with an 1830’s African mahogany banquet table and upholstered chairs comfortably seats 12-14.
Celebrate your small wedding or special gathering at the Hartwell House Inn & Conference Center, surrounded by lush lawns, a professional and attentive staff and outstanding views. Due to our busy summer season, weddings and special gatherings are available only during the off-season (late September through late June).
As all wedding ceremonies at the Hartwell House Inn are outdoor celebrations, a tent is required for the event on our expansive 1-1/2 acre back lawn.

The executive board room is also available for private parties, off-season weddings and catered special functions. A restroom is available in the conference room.
